Lovegoods

For my ARTS 371 (Graphic Design II) class, we had to create a packaging series based off of a character from a popular movie, tv show, or book. The product could be realistic, or something non-realistic like fairy dust.

The character I chose for this project was Luna Lovegood from the Harry Potter series. Luna has always been one of my absolute favorite characters. She has such an interesting and quirky personality. A main aspect of this character is that she believes in magical creatures that are not well known and that other people think are imaginary. Three of the creatures she believes in are called Gulping Plimpies, Wrackspurts, and Heliopaths.

I wanted to do a potion/drink product and packaging series. These potions would repel against these magical creatures. I related everything in this series back to Luna and the magical world.
